京都骨食譜:
豬扒1磅
生抽1湯匙
適量胡椒粉

炸粉:
中筋麵粉 1/3 cup
粟粉 1/3 cup
泡打粉 2 tsp

蛋1隻

混合醬 :
叉燒醬1湯匙
鎮江醋1湯匙
茄汁1 1/2湯匙
糖2湯匙
適量胡椒粉
粟粉1茶匙
水1/3杯

Peking Pork Chops :
1 lb pork chops
1 Tbsp soy sauce
Some white pepper

Flour mix:
1/3 cup
All purpose flour
1/3 cup cornstarch
2 tsp baking powder

1 egg

1 Tbsp
char siu sauce
1 Tbsp
chinkiang vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp sugar
Some white pepper
1 tsp cornstarch
1/3 cup water
